some garden love - DIY style

living in new york city i really feel a loss when it comes to gardens. i have no garden, i can see no garden from where i live and i couldn't plant a garden if i wanted to. i have been lucky to recover from surgery in north carolina and this weekend watched my mom create the most adorable DIY flower bed. i wanted to share it.



i am proud of her. she takes her yard very seriously and is really making it look great.


spring is in the air! i look forward to having a great house someday and having a backyard to "decorate".
