Aren't these adorable pillows from the shop of Poppy and Ted!! I really love clouds these days! I also really like the solid color pillows paired with the burlap-esce pillows.

I am excited to share more images from Becky & Josh's NYC engagement shoot. I am so proud of my husband Alan. This is his first shoot EVER! And I must say that they look pretty awesome.

Amazing...Engagement Fun!

This past weekend Alan (my sweet hubby) and I had the pleasure of shooting our friend Becky and Josh's engagement photos. It was a very New York shoot and we had such a great time. I am so proud of my husband who loves the camera and is kicking butt!

A Splurge Worthy Item

If I was rich (which I am not) I would buy these amazing pieces of art for every wedding I attend. I am in love with the work of Isabelle Abramson. Her delightful pieces are drool worthy. The lace bowls are my favorite. I am in love with doilies and lace lately, just like the rest of the blog world!


Imagine the most beautiful and colorful dahlias in this vase. Wow!

Holiday: Fabric Holly

What a great concept from The Fabric Florist. I love the idea of using these fabric holly branches and wreathes to decorate for Christmas.




I really like the fabric tree ALOT...I think this would be a super fun centerpiece.


The prices are reasonable, starting around $14 up to $35.

My kind of coat hook

Check out these adorable bird coat hook from Rockett St George. They are absolutely the cutest. Imagine these in an office or a nursery. The company is UK based so everything is in pounds but the cost is only 9.95.



I think I might have to order one for myself and one for my little Ella (Jaime's beautiful daughter)

Amazing Book Lamp

Wow, wow, wow. What a great find for the book lover in your life. This "book lamp" is amazing. Found in the amazing shop of Typewriter Boneyard. The concept of the shop is to take vintage items and re-purpose them. I just love these lamps.



The prices are steep but TOTALLY worth it.

Holiday: Gift Tags To Drool Over

I am going to start posting some items related to the holidays. It get me excited and I hope it will excite you too! Today I found some amazing holiday gift tags. If you are like me you love amazingly wrapped presents. Now lets be honest, we don't all have time to wrap amazing presents BUT we can dream.

The first find comes from the incredibly shop of WhimsyWhimsical. These are probably my favorite. You know how I feel about banners and I just adore these items.




My go-to favorite illustrator Belle & Boo has these beautiful tags.


This find comes from the Etsy shop of Whymypics (the seller is from NC!). I love the kraft paper texture that these tags have.



These by DeeJann have a bit more of a fall feel but I really love the simplicity.

Too Early? Holiday Fun

Am I too early for a little holiday fun? How adorable are these fabric trees from "Designed For Living by Charles Oliver." I think they would make the best centerpieces on a holiday table.

I have had a busy and stressful few weeks with my awesome but tiring work/life. I keep finding myself being drawn to inspiration songs like the new Katy Perry "Firework" but also this new song by Sugarland called "Little Miss" is totally inspiring me. I love, love, love it.
