27 Things For My Sister On Her 27th Birthday

Today my sister turns 27. There is no one in the world that means more to me. A few things about her...

1. She is the first person I turn to for advice (and she is usually right on)
2. She is fun...you know those people who just are generally happy and fun...Meg is that way.
3. She knows music...she is always introducing us to new stuff and taught us about the Avett Brothers and so many other musical talents.
4. She has saved me from every thunderstorm (both literally and figuratively) 
5. She is smart. Really smart. Sometimes I am jealous. 
6. She is beautiful. Sometimes I look at her and think...I wish I looked like her.
7.  She is funny. She says funny things, does funny things and makes me laugh...a lot. 
8. She gets me. The good, the bad and the ugly.
9. She is loyal and dedicated, to a fault. 
10. She pressures me to have kids because she desperately wants to be an aunt and while I am not ready yet...there is no one in the world I would rather be my kids aunt...she will be amazing. 

 So on her 27th birthday I say...happy birthday sister. You are my best friend (sounds so cheesy but it is the truth) and I am so proud of you. And don't you forget how amazing you are. Thank you for never letting me down and always being my biggest fan....i will always be yours.
